Mandy joined Match.com in 2006 as Vice President and General Manager for Chemistry.com, and was responsible for catapulting the site into the limelight and quadrupling brand awareness with the award-winning â€œCome as you Areâ€ campaign. In April 2011, she ascended to the leadership position for Match.com North America, the companyâ€™s flagship property. Sheâ€™s now responsible for all aspects of the North American business from building more strategic relationships and bringing in new customers while continuing to satisfy members with a world-class experience and innovative product development.
Mandy holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Her customer experience acumen was honed during her tenure as Vice President of Consumer Technology for Edelman Public Relations Worldwide and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at i2 Technologies.
