In 2008 Lynne left her position as Human Resources Vice-President with Thomson Reuters and has been helping fast growth companies with their HR requirements. Most recently, her company, Lynne Raimondo Associates, has been engaged in the renewable energy, enterprise software and global translation sectors.
Lynne began her technology industry career in Colorado, by joining the HR team of NBI, Inc., one of the fastest growing tech companies in the 80’s. When the industry was booming, she moved to Boston to join Data General Corporation. After a promotion brought her to New York, she managed HR teams through 10 years of growth, acquisitions, and company reinvention at Apple Computer. During the following 5 years, Lynne designed and implemented talent strategies in the competitive aim to win the war for talent while serving as HR Director with Bay Networks & Nortel Networks. In 2002, she started her own consulting company and one of her key engagements was recruiting 150 software developers, sales managers and executives for SMARTS prior to the acquisition by EMC. From 2005-2008, Lynne joined Reuters as HR VP in New York.
