Luis Gosalbez

Attorney at law, serial entrepreneur and advisor of internet companies.

Luis Gosalbez is founder and Managing Partner of Metricson.com (a law firm specializing in tech and IT law) and Terminis.com (an online registry of terms of use). Formerly Mr. Gosalbez was cofounder of e-contratos (a global service for online negotiation and signing of contracts) and worked as a legal consultant for Ernst & Young in Barcelona (Spain).

Mr. Gosalbez has a Master in Business Law by ESADE and is member of the Board of Experts of Pin-SME (the European Network of ICT SMEs) and Barcelona Activa.

He is also advisor, partner and member of the Board of several internet and tech companies.
