Mr. Bayol brings over 25 years of finance, accounting and operations experience to his role as interim Chief Financial Officer at NGM Biopharmaceuticals. Formerly, he was as a Director of Operations at Amgen, South San Francisco. Before Amgen, Mr. Bayol was Treasurer at Tularik and played a key role in the integration planning of the Amgen-Tularik merger. Prior to joining Tularik, he held various finance and accounting positions at Lynx Therapeutics, NeXT Computer and Applied Biosystems. A graduate of San Jose State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Mr. Bayol is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.
