Loren Appin is the Director of Growth at Pixable (www.pixable.com), an Internet startup that finds the best photos and videos shared on users’ social networks.
Loren is responsible for everything marketing related with Pixable, including site analytics in order to make quick and informed decisions for the agile start-up. While Loren contributes to all parts of Pixable, including to both product and business development, his role is primarily centered around Pixable’s online marketing strategy, with a keen focus on utilizing Social Media channels and viral techniques for both customer acquisition and retention.
Prior to joining Pixable, Loren co-founded a sustainable technologies start-up called Silpa.
Loren has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
