As Executive Vice President of Technology Transfer, Ms. Poulos oversees the transfer of innovative technology solutions to the U.S. Intelligence Community. In this role, Ms. Poulos directs technology advancement programs and In-Q-Tel’s rapid prototyping capability, and is responsible for increasing awareness of IQT portfolio company capabilities within the U.S. Intelligence Community. Ms. Poulos is also responsible for IQT’s internal relationship with its Intelligence Community end-users and other stakeholders. The Technology Transfer team identifies and prioritizes critical technology needs in IQT’s various IC partner communities, and supports the rapid development and delivery of solutions addressing those needs.
Prior to joining IQT, Ms. Poulos worked for both the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency, as well as private sector companies such as BAE Systems and MicroStrategy. Prior to assuming the role of EVP of Technology Transfer, Ms. Poulos served as IQT’s Chief of Staff, and also previously held management positions on IQT’s Customer Relations and Solutions Transfer teams, championing innovative technologies for the Intelligence Community.
