Previously, Lisa Hook served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunrocket, Inc., a voice over IP (“VoIP”) service provider (2006 to 2007); was President of AOL Broadband, Premium Services and Voice at America Online, Inc., (2001 to 2004); was Partner at Brera Capital Partners,LLC, a global investment firm; Managing Director of Alpine Capital Group, LLC, an investment banking firm; held several executive positions at Time Warner, Inc., a diversified media company, was legal adviser to the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, and was General Counsel of the Cable Group at Viacom International, Inc., a diversified media company.
Lisa Hook serves on the boards of Philip Morris International (NYSE: PM), a leading international tobacco company, and Worldpay, Inc., (NYSE: WP), a global leader in omni-channel payments. She previously served as Senior Independent Director of RELX PLC (FTSE: RELX) and RELX NV, providers of information services; Covad Communications (NASDAQ: COVD); Time Warner Telecom (NASDAQ: TWTC), and National Geographic Ventures. In 2011, she was appointed by President Obama to serve on the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC). Her non-profit affiliations include serving as a board director of Women in Cable Television (WICT) and Island Press, on the Advisory Board of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, and Vice Chair on the Corporate Fund Board of the John F.
