A digital experience inventor, Lior founded a string of successful startups prior to Vehcon.
His innovations include SpiderPic™, the first and only price comparison search engine for stock photos, and GiniPic™, which enables consumers to search multiple image search engines and photo sharing Web sites simultaneously. In 2010, Lior sold and exited GiniPic, now regularly used by over 50 million users.
Lior founded and acted as VP Product at Appoxee, an advanced platform for over-the-air mobile application updates and consumer messaging.
Today, Appoxee’s technology is used by hundreds of millions of devices worldwide. Earlier in his career, Lior was the CTO at Pistol Shrimp, a custom mobile development company.
At Pistol Shrimp and as an independent consultant, he advised international companies on using digital media to interact more with consumers and build brand loyalty.
Clients included global biopharma giant UCB Pharma; England’s Premiere League’s Portsmouth Soccer Club; international FashionTV; and the television network BabyFirstTV.
As a volunteer, Lior advises companies associated with both Georgia Tech’s Advanced Technology Development Center and Invest Atlanta: Atlanta’s Development Authority on digital strategy.
