Libby joined NESTA in 2004. She makes and manages investments in the ICT and Engineering sectors.
She began her career at hi-tech trade association, Intellect, where she developed their special interest groups for software and service vendor members selling into private sector markets. She developed an interest in the commercialisation of UK innovation through her involvement in Intellect’s Knowledge Economy campaign.
