Leo Resig is the co-owner and CEO of Resignation Media, LLC, the parent company of theCHIVE.com, theBERRY.com, theBRIGADE.com, theTHROTTLE.com and TheChivery.com. He started the flagship site, theCHIVE in November 2008 with his brother John whom he shares the same love for ridiculously funny and bizarre photos. The premise behind theCHIVE was to curate the world’s best viral photos into specific galleries for easy viewing and sharing. theCHIVE now receives over 18M visitors and over 100M pageviews per month.
Hailing from Fort Wayne, Indiana, and graduating from Indiana University, Leo now lives in Venice Beach, CA and works closely with brother John (co-founder of theCHIVE). His sisters, Emily Resig and Megan Resig are the editors of theCHIVE’s sister website, theBERRY.com.
