Laurence Boschetto is currently the CEO and President of Draftfcb, a global advertising agency network.
As CEO and president, he is charged with setting the agency’s strategic direction and goals, while ensuring operational excellence and growth. He is also responsible for Draftfcb’s overall financial performance. Most recently, as president and chief operating officer, he played a pivotal role in building Draftfcb into a cohesive agency brand across 96 countries worldwide.
Laurence is a member of the American Advertising Federation board of directors, serves on the Coalition for the Homeless advisory board and is an enthusiastic supporter of its First Step program, which gives employment opportunities to women who have lost their homes. He is also a passionate supporter of diversity initiatives (both in and out of the work place) designed to provide equality and acceptance for all.
