Kristie Wells

Kristie helps organizations understand, engage and support their customers to strengthen their brand, improve their products and create better experiences for all stakeholders, internally and externally.

As Vice President of Customer Engagement at Swipp, she manages the company’s Command Center and Newsroom, and oversees all social media and outbound communications. Kristie is an enlightened force in community best practices, and serves as the voice of Swipp’s inner conscience.

She cofounded Social Media Club in 2006, now in over 350 cities around the world, and believes that social media has just entered its “tween” years. Over time, companies will realize their customers are at the center of all successful enterprise, and that digital media literacy will define business success.

While her roles and titles have changed over time, her passion to connect people, ideas and resources remains at the core of all that she does.
