Klaus is an entrepreneur, investor and leader of digitally based growth companies. Klaus originally worked as a McKinsey consultant, but that learned him not to get involved in big corporations, which he “almost” stuck to. Since the good old .com days Klaus has been involved in various digital growth projects, everything from green-field start-ups to corporate spinn-offs. Some didn’t work at all, some worked very well, most notably JUST EAT, which he over 5 years took from a small, 35 employee Danish company, to a profitable 1,000-employee world leader headquartered in London. Today Klaus is involved in various projects mainly based in Copenhagen and London, where he acts as angel investor and hands-on advisor. Klaus’ most important growth project is his family living on a farm, far away from the hectic urban based start-up scene.
