Kirsten Dirksen (1970): raised on the Bay Area, trained to see the world as a tv producer (she has worked as a director and producer for MTV, Oxygen, NBC, Discovery Channel and Sundance Channel), Kirsten is now living as a downshifted mother/blogger/expat in Barcelona. She is attempting to make sense of the world- or the worlds of Europe and the U.S.- as we enter a new era of eating, dressing, housing, traveling, and working.
