Kim spent 19 years in the high-tech industry working her way through force, incredible mentors, and talent from administrator positions through sales positions and as a regional director of sales for a multi-billion dollar tech company. As she progressed through her career she found that she had a growing interest in tackling a difficult problem she observed in her corporate tenure— using tools and techniques to manipulate others to perform, instead of understanding the power of intuition and psychology to nurture top talent. With passion and a calling as her guide, Kim changed careers, left corporate business and started her own organization dedicated to helping other find the passion and talents within themselves to reach their dreams.
