Mr. Kevin Smith has held senior executive positions in a number of successful energy development and technology companies including those that develop solar and wind energy projects as well as natural gas and biomass-fired electricity generating facilities. In the last twenty years, Mr. Smith has actively managed the successful development, acquisition, financing and construction of more than forty power generation facilities in the US and internationally with total capital costs of more than $4.5 billion and long-term electricity sales contracts approaching $50 billion.
