Kevin has built, managed, bought and invested in managed services during his 20 year career at companies like Daiwa Securities, Smartforce (now Skillsoft), Information Mosaic, Cross Atlantic Capital Partners, Capgemini and a number of other firms in Ireland, the UK and USA.
Bridging the gap between business and technology, Kevin is a strategic thinker and process innovator, with key strengths in product development, service delivery, technology operations, planning and strategy, vendor relationship management, technology research, and budget management, change management and restructuring capabilities.
With over twenty years operational experience in a variety of industries, Kevin has a firm belief that developing a clear strategy, underpinned with an operational discipline that drives all parts of an organisation, is critical for success.
As an executive, Kevin believes that essential to the success of any organisation is the ability to identify and resolve the deficiencies that impede its ability to grow or prosper; as a manager, he values communication and integration and seeks to unite the diverse strands of any group; and as a technologist, he believes in exploiting the most appropriate technology to support the business objectives of an organisation.
