Kelli leads the RockYou Talent Organization, including overseeing all Recruiting and Human Resources functions. Before joining RockYou in August of 2010, Kelli was an HR Leader at Yahoo! where she partnered with business leaders across the company from Sales to Technology to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement and talent management strategies. Prior to that, she was a Sr. Human Resources Business Parter at Intuit, where she facilitated development for both business unit and functional organization leaders. Kelli holds a Bachelor’s degree from Santa Clara University and a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University in San Diego.
