Keegan Vance Forte is the Chief of Staff for AOL Ventures. Working closely with the fund partners, Keegan helps with day-to-day investment and deal flow; project management for portfolio companies, AOLV sponsored event planning and execution, social media efforts and general office tasks. Keegan has also taken the wheel on specific technology projects for an in-house development team.
Keegan’s experience is in digital media consulting and contract negotiation at McConnell Media, LLC, Gershon Media and Panvidea, Inc. She was heavily involved in a radio syndication endeavor in collaboration with the Elvis Duran Group & Mr. Moviefone. Keegan spent the early part of her career focused on talent representation, programming and promotions at ABC Radio Networks and got her feet wet in finance and M&A at IAC. She previously spent some time writing and producing for online social radio site, Songza.
Keegan graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts from Fairfield University in Connecticut, specializing in Communication & Marketing. She’s from Manhasset, NY and currently resides in New York City.
