Kaval Kaur is the CFO and co-founder of AlertEnterprise, leading all finance and back-office operations. Formerly the Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of Virsa Systems, she directed its back-office operations from its beginnings in 1996 till its acquisition by SAP in 2006. Filling critical roles in finance, contracting, compliance and administration, she provided the stability that contributed to Virsa’s rapid growth trajectory and consistent profitability.
Prior to Virsa Systems, Kaval was an Audit Manager for Seiler and Co., a California regional accounting, tax and audit firm, where she had key audit responsibility for several large multinational corporations. Kaval is a member of AICPA and the California State CPA Society.
