Kathy is a partner at 137 Ventures, an investment firm specializing in private technology companies. Previously, she worked at Facebook, where she focused on communications and marketing. While there, she worked closely with Facebook's executive, engineering and business teams to develop key messages about the company's products and corporate strategy. Prior to that, Kathy was the deputy campaign manager for Senator Bob Casey's successful bid to the U.S. Senate before briefly serving as the interim director of his political committee. She also served as the Pennsylvania director of operations for John Kerry's presidential campaign in 2004 and worked on several political races with America Coming Together (ACT) and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC). She has received two POLLIE awards for direct marketing from the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC). Kathy holds a bachelor's degree with distinction in English and political science from Drew University.
