Before Gravity, I was an investment banker at Pagemill Partners where I advised technology companies and startups in M&A deals and venture financings. I have first hand experience helping startups raise money from VCs and working through M&A deals with major tech companies. I worked on more than 16 successful deals in internet, media, software and infrastructure and helped complete deals with Ask, Microsoft, Avid, CA, Alcatel, and many others.
