Kaliya Hamlin is a key organizer in the user-centric identity movement. She has been evangelizing the concept since 2003 and was employed by Identity Commons in 2004 as an evangelist. She co-founded the Internet Identity Workshop with [Doc Searls], and [Phil Windley]. She co-produces it with [Phil Windley] and is its primary designer and facilitator. She is a fellow of the Information Card Foundation.
