Justin is a long-time Microsoft engineering veteran who helped build the original Microsoft Phone and Microsoft KIN as well as Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Embedded, Access, Surface and Microsoft Codename MAXX. Throughout his career at Microsoft, he was always leading the cutting edge projects and usually among the first to adopt new technologies like C# or WPF.
In 2006, he relocated to China. After getting a taste of the exploding growth of Internet and mobile companies around him, he decided to join the local player Qihoo 360, China's largest Internet browser and security software developer. As their Director of Engineer, he led their mobile development efforts building both Kouxin (IM/Voice chat app) and Qihoo Mobile Browser. He ultimately left Qihoo to start and run his own mobile app company, developing mobile learning apps for kids.
On the side, he also developed software analytics engine that is now used by several top NHL teams for adjusting game play and hiring decisions. His journey to Singapore started because he sat next to former MP George Yeo on a flight in China, they quickly became friends and through various government connections was ultimately introduced to Tom and Bubbly.
