Julie Roy oversees global marketing at Kyriba, where her focus is on generating Kyriba’s brand, establishing thought leadership and driving demand.
Julie comes to Kyriba with over 20 years’ experience working with fast-growth software and media organizations. Prior to joining Kyriba, Julie served as VP of marketing and was a member of the executive team at Cornerstone OnDemand, a SaaS talent management vendor, where she built the marketing department from the ground up and contributed to the ten-fold growth that led to the company’s successful IPO in 2011.
Before Cornerstone, as employee #6, Julie built and ran EMEA marketing at InStranet, a spin-off of Business Objects that was acquired by Salesforce.com in 2008. Julie’s prior experience includes media and marketing communications roles at Castle Rock Entertainment, ABC News, CIBY 2000 and McCann Erickson.
Julie holds a B.A. in Social Sciences/International Relations from U.C. Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). Julie is based in Kyriba’s headquarters in San Diego.
