A proven UK entrepreneur (built STASYS from 1986 to 220 employees, offices in UK, US, Germany & Australia before sale to Lockheed Martin in 2005), a now both an Angel Investor (see www.jranger.com) and entrepreneur (see ibundle.co.uk).
Julian has been an Angel Investor since 2007 and an entrepreneur since he formed his first business, STASYS, with his then partner John in 1986. Investments are generally made directly through J Ranger Ltd and Julian continues his entrepreneurial activities through iBundle Ltd.

Prior to forming J Ranger Ltd, Julian Ranger was formerly Vice President International Strategic Development, responsible for development and execution of the international strategy for the Systems Integration business group of IS&S, Lockheed Martin.
Previously Julian was founder (1987) and Managing Director of UK company STASYS Limited which he sold to Lockheed Martin in 2005. Julian was responsible for the growth of STASYS to a business with 230 staff, with subsidiaries in USA, Australia & Germany, prior to sale to Lockheed Martin. STASYS had a worldwide reputation in Defence and Air Traffic markets for network centric consultancy and systems support. Julian’s management responsibilities encompassed the complete range from Board level vision, direction and control to business development, operational, finance and technical leadership.
In May 2010, Julian appeared across the UK media commenting on Facebook’s privacy issues, on BBC Radio, The Today Programme, BBC Radio Five Live and BBC TV News. He has also commented on radio and in the press on entrepreneurial aspects and space with respect to the Google Lunar X Prize.
