Jérôme’s entrepreneurial and IT management career began in the mid-1990s when he co-founded Tribelt, an IT services company for telcos and large banks. He then co-founded Solsoft, a network security software company, for which he raised more than $30 million from international top tier VCs. Established in France and in the U.S., Solsoft sold its solutions to more than 50 of the world’s Fortune 500 companies. Jérôme also served as CEO of NetSecureOne, an IT security group he created when merging Zencod and NetSecure Software, and as Sales and Marketing Director for Delia Systems, a scheduling software company.
Jérôme began his professional career in financial journalism (Capital Finance) before joining the investment firm Renovaction (Rockefeller Foundation’s investment vehicle in France).
Jérôme Fougerat joined Corum in 2006 and serves as Regional Director in Paris.
Jérôme holds an Executive MBA from HEC as well as History and English degrees, and is fluent in both French and English.
