WHO HE IS
Almost 15 years experience in the internet / digital industry mainly in B2C services. During the last years focus on Product Management from creating a vision, building a prototype / alpha for this vision to defining and directing product development and operations.
Strong General Management expertise. Experience in leading cross functional development teams as well as leading Product Managers.
His goal is to help companies to boldly conquer (new?) markets with (new?) digital products:
Most preferably, he would like to support CEOs/CDOs/CSOs of larger organizations to define & to execute their corporate strategy with special attention to the truly important role of digital / product. With the help of designers and programmers, he will develop new concepts resp. new prototypes to deliver useful new products to customers. His specific role will be to steer the entire process and lead the people involved through inspiration. For sure, he will also manage the “traditional” product development process and will help to drive the company vision and strategy holistically.
