JP Novin is Vice President of Mobile. In this capacity, he is responsible for planning, development, marketing, and sales for Reply!’s mobile platform.
Leveraging his experience in sales, operations, and general management, JP has provided leadership through startup growth and turnaround situations. He has repeatedly proven his ability to deliver strong and sustained results.
Prior to joining Reply!, JP founded the companies adHUBs and mob4.com, where he grew the business to over ten million downloads of Android applications, generating billions of ad impressions each year. Previously, he worked in corporate sales at Microsoft, driving over 30 million dollars in annual sales. Before that, JP founded Cyrus Technologies and worked in various sales capacities at FrontBridge, eCost, and Cash Technologies.
JP holds a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA, and a MBA from the University of Irvine
