Joy Lim Nakrin is the anchorwoman for the Minnesota TV station KSTP-TV, where she has been since 2010. She is the Vice President of the Asian American Journalist Association's Minnesota Chapter, and is involved with several women's organizations.

After receiving her BA in philosophy from Haverford College in Pennsylvania in 2002 she attended Duke University School of Law where she received her law degree in 2005. In 2006 Joy Lim Nakrin was admitted to the Massachusetts bar exam in 2006.

After working in Singapore as a sports reporter for ESPN Star Sports Nakrin returned to the United States where she was an anchor and production manager at the Hartford, Connecticut TV station WTIC. In 2010 she left the east coast and arrived in Minnesota where she became anchorwoman at KSTP-TV.
