Josh Marti left Qualcomm in Feb 2009 to co-found Point Inside as the leader in micro-location based services. Point Inside quickly achieved its goal and has since applied its technology to helping retailers increase sales and profits by leveraging these innovative mobile technologies to engage customers in real-time.
Josh and team have secured $3.3mm in Series A funding and doubled their revenue YOY since 2009. Their customers include Meijer (a hypermarket chain), United Airlines (an airline), Nordstrom (a retailer), Kraft (a brand), General Growth Properties (owner of 150+ malls) and 40 others.
Previous to Point Inside, Josh held a series of senior level R&D and Engineering Consulting roles for Qualcomm, PACCAR and Telecommunication Systems. Mr. Marti is considered an expert in Location Based Services.
