Josh has over 18 years experience in business development and marketing in the technology and entertainment industries. A five year veteran of Microsoft, Josh drove partnerships and global OEM business development deals for Microsoft.com and ran the Windows web, content, and community team for the Windows Group. During his tenure at Microsoft, Josh launched the first corporate-wide search and advertising partnership between Microsoft and Google and was part of the Windows XP launch team, driving partnership programs for Microsoft.com. After Microsoft, Josh was VP of Marketing at Crush or Flush, a mobile social networking platform where he was responsible for marketing and customer acquisition. This venture backed startup generated over 1.5M unique and validated mobile registrations, 100M monthly page views, and signed contractual agreements with all U.S. carriers within its first 18 months. Prior to moving to Seattle, Josh worked for both Disney in Business Planning and Development and for small growth companies, focused on customer acquisition and product launches. Josh holds an M.B.A. in Information Technology from The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine.
