Josh Guttman

Josh Guttman is Chief Operating Officer of Sphere, where he leads sales and marketing, business development, advertising and operations. He was an early member of the business team, joining Sphere in November 2007 and has successively closed and/or managed a number of partnerships for Sphere with publishers such as Tribune, USTA, Dow Jones, Glam, Interactive One, Name Media and The Rubicon Project among others.

Guttman has worked in and around digital media since 1998. Before Sphere, he served in a business development and product management capacity at Answers Corp, helping to integrate and relaunch WikiAnswers. From 1998-2002, he worked in San Francisco, initially at Robertson Stephens & Co investment banking, advising private technology businesses on positioning and venture financing strategies.
