Joseph Kelley spent more than thirty years in the telecommunications industry before retiring from NYNEX as an Officer of the Corporation and Vice President of Operations for New England. As VP of Operations, he was responsible for 12,000 employees serving over six million customers. Currently, Mr. Kelley is an Executive in Residence at Babson Graduate School of Business, a member of the Board of Directors of the Farmstead Telephone Group, and a senior advisor to the Cambridge Strategic Management Group. Previously, Mr. Kelley was President of East Haven Associates, a telecommunications consulting firm that provided executive and technical support for international and domestic telephone companies seeking to expand their market share in the U.S. Mr. Kelley is a graduate of Holy Cross College and the Harvard Business School Program for Management Development.
