Jordy Leiser is the Co-Founder and CEO of StellaService, the customer service measurement and ratings company.
Prior to founding StellaService, Jordy worked in investment banking at JPMorgan, where he worked on leveraged buyouts and other transactions for private equity-backed consumer retail brands.
After seeing firsthand the value of great customer service for retailers - both from the business and consumer perspectives - Jordy teamed up with longtime friend and college roommate John Ernsberger to create a robust system for measuring and rating the customer service performance of online retailers. Jordy and John officially launched StellaService in March 2010.
Jordy has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, CNN, NPR, New York Times, Fox Business, Forbes, Reuters, TIME, Ad Age, WWD, Internet Retailer as well as other TV and print media nationwide.
A Colorado native, Jordy graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell University with a degree in Economics and Political Science and completed the year-long General Course at the London School of Economics
