Jonathan Zabusky

Jonathan Zabusky is CEO of Seamless, the leading mobile and online service for ordering delivery and takeout food from more than 11,000 top restaurants in the US and UK. He was named to his current position in 2011.

Jonathan joined Seamless in 2007 as Vice President of Strategic Development for the North America Food, Hospitality and Facility Services organization. At the time, the company was called SeamlessWeb and was a division of ARAMARK Corporation. Jonathan was named President of Seamless in 2009.

In June 2011, Jonathan played an instrumental part in securing Spectrum Equity’s $50 million investment in Seamless, enabling the company to become a privately held, independent company.

In July 2011, Jonathan spearheaded a major rebrand of Seamless from SeamlessWeb, which included not only the name change but also a greater focus on the consumer market and an emphasis on mobile development. He also worked to secure Seamless’ acquisition of Menupages in October 2011 and, in February 2012, oversaw the launch of Seamless’ first-to-market iPad app.

Prior to joining Seamless, Jonathan was a Principal in the iShares division of Barclays Global Investors, where he led business development activities. Previously, he held management roles at The Boston Consulting Group and AOL MovieFone. Jonathan has also worked at Regent Capital, Inc. and Lehman Brothers, where he obtained invaluable investment analysis and financial modeling experience.

Jonathan earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, and his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
