Jonathan Weiner is a recognized leader in the prepaid card industry. He is EVP, Program and Managed Services of TxVia. In 2005, Mr. Weiner co-founded Prepaid Media, a trade media company which owns and operates Paybefore, the leading publication for the prepaid and stored value card industry.
