Jonathan Nelson is the Chief Executive Officer of Providence, based in Providence, RI. Mr. Nelson is currently a director of Bresnan Communications (also known as Mountain States Cable Television), Hulu, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Univision Communications and Yankees Entertainment and Sports Network. Previously, he was a founder and Managing Director of Narragansett Capital Inc., where he specialized in private equity investments in the cable television, broadcasting and publishing sectors.
Mr. Nelson received a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University. Mr. Nelson is a director of Trinity Repertory Company and a trustee of Brown University.
