Jon Clemons is a Tokyo-based marketer and entrepreneur, fluent in Japanese.
Clemons started out at age 14 making a CMS for schools, rivaling Blackboard’s. He then joined YadaBuy.com, a startup competing with Amazon in product distribution, in 2001 as a developer while attending high school and teaching an accredited course to his peers on web development.
Since then he’s worked for Groupon where he was Japan’s CMO and served as advisor to Groupon Korea.
