A respected technologist and serial entrepreneur, Jonathan has been a leader in the fields of knowledge management and social software since the late 1990’s. He was the founder of cozy.com, one of the original web-based question and answer services, and he led a team that helped to develop the first work-oriented social network. He was previously a consultant at Monitor Group, and has also completed many successful IT strategy and implementation projects for organizations across a wide variety of industries. Jonathan came up with the idea for Coworkers.com after searching for, and not finding, a website that would let him gather honest information from coworkers about his history working with them, building a track record that he could show to prospective customers and partners.
