Jonathan Chin joined Updata Partners in 2007 as an Associate. He supports the firm’s business development, deal sourcing, and due diligence efforts.
Prior to joining Updata, Mr. Chin worked with BMO Capital Markets’ Investment Banking group with the Business Services and Education team. Mr. Chin focused on transaction sourcing and execution in the human capital management, education, and marketing services verticals. His experience includes M&A, public and private equity transactions. Earlier, Mr. Chin worked at Riverside Management Group, a boutique investment bank, and at a medical technology startup in various business development and internship roles.
