Vaksvik is partner in Convexa. Vaksvik was the CEO of START-fondet for nearly 3 years before joining Convexa. Prior to that, he served 20 years with Norsk Hydro in various management positions within oil and gas exploration and production, chemicals sales and marketing and corporate R&D. J. Frode Vaksvik holds a MSc from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU) and an MBA from INSEAD in France. He has broad experience from technology R&D management, industrial development and international expansion.
