Jon Alain Guzik is a Los Angeles-based serial entrepreneur and consultant.
He is the Founder/CEO of Hubris Factory, a technology consultancy and development company that aims to help navigate online, mobile, location-based and social media space by developing strategies and technologies that empower the intersection between technology and a variety of industries, including automotive, big data, e-commerce, philanthropy, media and health care.
He is also founder and CEO of Motorcycle and Enthusiasts Sports verticals, RideApart Inc. RideApart.com is one of the largest consumer powersports portal online and generates not just in-market powersports vehicle leads, but also helps the consumer control the entire lifecycle of their powersports product though our commerce through content focus. RideApart works to create compelling revenue streams by activating leads from dealers, OEMS, parts and accessories, F&I and other ancillary products and products.
Building up the groundwork at RideApart, the company will expand the focus to include a larger swath of the enthusiast sports verticals (i.e., Mountain Biking, Rock Climbing, Camping, etc) there by creating a larger blue sky opportunity.
Previously, he was Editor-in-Chief and Director, Editorial Development at DriverSide.com, where he provided strategic oversight and oversaw all editorial aspects of the company. Prior to DriverSide, he was the Editor-at-Large at Yahoo! Autos where he provided editorial oversight of the autos vertical.
He has also worked as a consultant to various companies including Harris Publications, the Los Angeles Times, American Honda Corporation, Isaia, Yahoo!, New Economy Campaigns and Splunk.
