John P. Lehmann is CEO at Language Computer Corporation (LCC), a Dallas-based natural language processing (NLP) company.
John specializes in the development of leading-edge, high-performance NLP systems. For almost a decade, he has led R&D software teams to develop approaches to AI-hard problems and to transition technology to real-world applications.
Currently, John is leading this technology transfer for two start-ups: Extractiv, a new joint venture with 80Legs which provides semantic web crawling, and Swingly, a question-answering company capable of finding answers in the Web of unstructured text.
