John Koetsier is a web and software professional in the mobile/social/local space.

Currently, he is starting up a coworking space and consulting on social media and marketing. He’s also a freelance writer for VentureBeat.

Recently worked as Senior Manager, Online Media for Canpages.ca, where he managed the site as well as Canpages’ mobile apps (iOS, Android, and Blackberry), and social. Canpages is a directory company that is now also one of the leading local search players in Canada.
