John Elton is a Partner of Greycroft LLC and is based in the firm’s NYC office.
John brings his past experience as an operator, advisor, and investor to his approach of helping entrepreneurs build successful companies.
Prior to Greycroft, John was a Partner at iNovia Capital where he led the firm’s investments in Beyond the Rack, Chango, Collective, Lenddo, Resonate, Tagman, and Triple Lift. John also led the firm’s investments in Babble, OggiFinogi and Vizu that have all exited. John also advised dMarc Broadcasting on its first round of institutional financing as well as an acquisition prior to its sale to Google. In addition, John worked in strategic planning for 24/7 Media, a global digital marketing company.
John started his career at Veronis Suhler Stevenson. John received an M.B.A. from New York University and a B.A. Degree from Lehigh University.
