At Safeguard, John is responsible for developing, implementing and managing all aspects of the company’s corporate communications, strategic investor relations and marketing communications programs. John joined Safeguard from The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, a billion dollar software and services company, where he was vice president, Investor Relations. Previously, he was managing partner at National Public Relations, Inc., a full-service investor relations and corporate communications consultancy, where he played a key role in establishing and leading US operations. Earlier he was director, Investor Relations at Thomson Financial/Georgeson & Company, a leading investor relations firm. He began his career at Robert Marston Corporate Communications, Inc. after earning a bachelor’s degree at Susquehanna University. EXPERIENCE
