Initially, these were sold on cassette tape and later floppy disk. He was author of Block-Breaker, Leaper, and Voice Master.
As the market shifted towards the IBM PC and compatibles, he entered college to earn his Computer Science degree from Wright State University. Later, he obtained an MBA from University of Dayton.
After graduating, he worked at a defense contracting firm in the Dayton Area that supported Wright Patterson Air force Base, then moved to Spectra-Physics where he developed CAD software for laser and GPS positioning devices. He worked in Atlanta, Georgia, and Austin, Texas and then moved back to the Dayton area.
His interest in Java started in late 1995, and he has been “in” that language ever since then. Before that, he was skilled in C, C++ and Microsoft Windows development.
He has two daughters. He enjoys outdoor activities in the warm months and skiing in the winter.
