Mr. John Cavalier is Co-Managing Partner of Hudson. Mr. Cavalier was formerly Vice Chairman of Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking division, Chairman of the Energy Group and Head of Credit Suisse’s Global Renewable Energy efforts. Under Mr. Cavalier’s leadership, the Renewables Energy Group has become Wall Street’s leading Finance and Advisory Group to the Alternative Energy space. The Group has played a principal role in the initial public offerings of SunPower, Suntech, REC, Cosan, First Solar, EnerNOC, Iberdrola and financings for Airtricity, FPL Wind, Hawkeye, and many other major solar, wind and biofuel companies.
