During his time at Workstar, Joe grew revenues from $300K in FY 2004 to $19M in 2007. During this time, Workstar was the fastest growing company in Australia. In 1997 he was co-founder and Managing Director of Marketboomer first and largest online SaaS procurement exchange in Australia and now the most successful online SaaS hospitality exchange internationally. In 1994, he was the co-founder & CEO of Axis Media and Australia’s first Australian web development company. Axis Media was also the first web site developer in Australia to win a TOP-100 Web Site award from PC Magazine USA for the Sydney Futures Exchange web site. This company has since been acquired.
In 1992, he was Ozemail’s second employee. Responsible for a wide range of tasks including product development, systems engineering, network engineering, network infrastructure planning, customer support and investor presentations. Ozemail was Australia’s first ISP. The company has since been acquired.
